The Physical Activity service within RAMH is designed to support people to become more active, improving mental and physical health and wellbeing.
Support is offered for individuals aged 16+ who are experiencing mental health problems to provide more structure to their week, increase exercise, improve health and develop positive social connections within their community.
We aim to break down barriers to participation and offer support to those who may be struggling with confidence, motivation or have become socially isolated. This can be done by direct individual or group support, through the sharing of information or signposting to local external supports.
